This item was on the site as "in stock" so I ordered it pushing my order over $100.00 and qualifying for free shipping. Then next think I know, I receive an email advising me that the product is NOT in stock and asking if I wanted a refund. I replied "yes, issue refund"... Next thing I knew I was being charged "Shipping & Handling" for the rest of my order because of the refund being issued ~ for an item they didn't have in stock when they said they did. Had I know this from the beginning I would have just picked out some other small item to qualify for the free shipping. I emailed Customer Service and was given standard response about order "no longer being over $100.00; nothing they could do..." I felt like it was a bit of "bait and switch."
