First, it looks just like a million other black messenger bags. This is a huge plus. It is not obviously a concealed carry item. The tactical part of the bag is the inner wall of the main compartment being lined top to bottom with Velcro (fuzzy side). There is a nice little nylon holster with one side completely lined with Velcro (hooks side). You can position the holster wherever you want to on the fuzzy wall. The holster itself will fit almost any pistol and has a retention strap to secure the weapon, and a pouch on the holster to hold a spare magazine (also with a retention strap). It is a nice set up for a right handed shooter. A left handed shooter would need to carry the bag reversed (with the outside toward the body). Doable, but not ideal. The price point is unbelievably inexpensive if you've been seeing bags like this around! AIRRATTLE is a great place to pick up accessories like this, belts, etc.
