The product failed almost immediately, it couldn't even get through an entire mag. I sent an email to support not even an hour after receiving the gun in the mail, and it has since been days, and I have yet to receive an email in return. so far my experience has been, simply put, extremely poor. I hope this is simply an isolated case of poor customer service, as I have not let it infect my view of the reputation of AirRattle. As of yet.
