Description:
The Izhmash SVD is one of the most well known sniper rifles used all over the world today and was based on the legendary AK design. The Izamash SVD-S from ASG brings new features and improvements to this classic bolt action airsoft sniper rifle. The SVD-S comes equipped with a pistol grip and a heavy duty metal side folding stock which gives it the "S" designation. The stock can be easily folded away to make this airsoft gun easy to handle is cramped quarters and can be folded out for improved accuracy. The folding stock also features an adjustable Cheek rest which makes it easy to obtain proper sight alignment on the field. The SVD-S offers a metal AK style side rail that can be used to attach an AK style scope or used with an adapter to fit a standard RIS rail for scope and accessory mounting. The gun comes shooting at a CQB friendly 330 FPS out of the box but also includes an upgraded M120 spring which can be fitted to make this gun shoot at 410 FPS when playing outdoor field games. The 200 round high capacity magazine allows you to carry plenty of ammo without needed a bunch of extra magazines that can weigh you down in battle. The functionality of this classic gun isn't the only thing that was improved, this SVD from ASG has also been built a re-designed hopup unit, strengthened receiver housing which improve durability and make this gun a worthy member of the rugged AK family of guns.
