This Gun has the actual look and scale of a real M16A2, but in this case uses 6MM Ammo. Not only that, but it operates exactly like a real one. Put your ammo into the spring loaded magazine and then slide the mag up into the bottom of the gun (Mag Well). Pull the charging handle back to cock the weapon and its ready to shoot.

    Review of WellFire M16A2 Airsoft Rifle

    Nice looking gun. We use them in parades for the Vietnam Vets parades here in Rochester. Cheap price...can't beat it. Gun looks real for a replica. Only wish the deals that hold the strap on were stronger. They repeatedly break off due to their plastic nature but the gun makes a perfect static display for any vet who used this weapon. Nice that all working parts actually work! Yes, it fires bb's at about 340fps...I guess that's ok if you wanna play safely with your kid. Overall I'd rate the deal a B+.It works great for us veterans!

    i bought this like 5 years ago, and it has good range but kinda a pain to pull the charging handle every time you shoot
