Very helpful customer service
Very helpful especially during the busy holiday season, and this gun was much better than one I bought from another company but had to return :)

Amazing gun!
This gun came in the mail one day after it shipped. When I opened the box and first got the gun in my hands I didn't realize how heavy the gun actually was until I first held it then. I love airsoft guns with a little weight(Feels more realistic) I charged the battery and installed it into the back of the stock. It was very simple to do. Next I took the AUG outside and turned the safety off, aiming at the nearest tree in my woods(which was about 60+ feet away) it was a dead hit! First shot with this gun and I hit my target. Next I used the full auto a bit, it's great! If I'd have to guess I'd say that the AUG shoots about 15-16 bbs per second. The solid rail system that comes with the gun is what gives it's weight. The gun is very easy to take apart and fix if broken, if that ever would be the case. Overall this gun was a great purchase and well worth the money. Thanks AirRattle!

Great Purchase
I ordered a couple of these, one for me and one for my son. I have had them a couple of months, and they have been great. Features: Trigger selected auto/semi Heavy weight/solid feel Just under 350FPS so you can use it on more fields Rear magazine loading Pros: Bull Pup design allows longer barrel on shorter rifle Sold full rail system Solid included foregrip Easy to upgrade, has room for very large 9.3v battery Available incredible 170 round midcaps from MAG Cons: Heavy, and really needs a two point sling in my opinion or it gets really hard to carry around. No site included. Need to get a red dot or some optic. Pick up a 9.6v which will just barely fit in the stock. I sanded down the inside a touch to help it fit. Great deal on the one that will fit: http://www.all-battery.com/96v2000mahnunchucknimhbatterypacksforairsoftgun.aspx

Steyr AUG A3 Metal Gearbox RIS Airsoft Gun
I ordered this gun for my nephew, because he helps me around my house. The ordering procedure was excellent, and we received the gun very fast. I would order from you anytime, and would highly recommend you to others. Also, the merchandise was excellent.

Well worth the money - A2 not A3
I actually got this at Cabelas for half-price which made it an even sweeter deal! But even at twice what I paid it's worth it. Well constructed and by that I mean heavy. The stock length may be a little long for younger players but they'd get used to it i'm sure. Very accurate at 50 ft with .20 ammo, add an Airrattle 9.6 replacement battery and you'll really notice the increased rate of fire. Battery compartment is a little tight and the cover could be easier to replace but not a big deal. Trigger works ok but can be sticky when switching between semi and full auto, but being able to do so with the trigger and not a selector switch is really nice. The safety can easily be switched off by accident so that could be improved. Supplied hi-cap mag is ok but the replacement one I got from Airrattle is much better, more consistent (I think I'll switch to mid-caps so I don't have to wind though). I would definitely recommend this for the novice to intermediate teenage and older player.
