The Gate NanoAAB is designed to be a simple yet essential MOSFET unit for all advanced AEG builds. The Active Braking function removes the need for an anti-reversal latch and helps to improve gearbox life as users will not have to worry about non-complete cycles that damage the piston, spring, gears, and motor. This generation features improvements over previous gens with a more compact design and updated trainsistors & microcontrollers, making this MOSFET the smallest available in the world. Great mosfet
Make sure you have your positives and negatives correct because if you don't once you hook up the battery the MOSFET will fry instantly. I did this to one of these MOSFETs but corrected it and ordered another one. This MOSFET greatly improves rate of fire and trigger response. The active breaking will wear our motor more quickly but it your performance will be much better with an active breaking MOSFET over a regular one. Very pleased. Just have to have soldering iron and sodder and your good. Airrattle has good sales and low prices so if you want a MOSFET get it here.

Great Service
Love this product, very easy to install due to a ton of product information through the Gate website. Their included wiring makes it very easy to solder. Purchased the upgraded wires through airrattle and changed them all out. only $4 more.
