Often, the batteries included with guns are lower quality. Stock batteries usually range anywhere from 700 to 1100 milliamp-hours (mAh), whereas aftermarket batteries range from 1600 – 3000 mAh. The basic idea is that for each mAh you can fire approximately one round. This means that the higher capacity rated your battery, the fewer spares you’ll need at an airsoft event.
