The gearbox is also compatible with standard parts allowing it to be fully upgraded to suit your needs. The unique 552 design also stands out with its uncommon design and is the perfect choice for a variety of loadouts and situations.

JG SIG 552 Metal Gearbox Airsoft AEG Gun
Bought this gun for my son. He absolutely loves it. Great power and great battery life. Also got it at a great (sale) price.

Good first metal gearbox AEG
If you're tired of your cheap all-plastic aeg that seems to be on the verge of self-destructing every time you fire it, this gun is perfect. The construction is solid and it shoots hard enough to be accurate but not so hard that you'll make your friends hate you. The battery that comes with this gun works fine. However, the included wall charger starts making a really sketchy buzzing noise about 30 seconds after plugging it in. Plan on using a different charger if necessary. I use a multicharger set to charge nimh at .8A. If you want to use a different battery, it can't be longer than 4" or wider than 1.25". It's a really tight fit in the compartment.
