The Modify Half Tooth Polycarbonate piston is an excellent piston for use with Helical Gears in high torque gearbox setups. The metal tooth gives the piston extra strength when under load. Half tooth pistons should only be used with helical gears. The lightweight polycarbonate build makes this a lightweight but still highly durable. The piston is a wear and tear part and does require replacing from time to time over the life of your airsoft gun. This piston is specifically designed to fail first which protects your expensive gears. Replacing worn and damaged parts allows your to keep your airsoft gun running for a very long time.
