What good is your battery if you can’t charge it? To make sure that your batteries always have the charge they need, pick up a battery charger for your airsoft gun. Which charger do you need? Make sure you have either a charger meant for your battery or if you have multiple guns and different battery types, you can use a universal charger. It’s always a great idea to get a smart charger.

Batteries and Chargers at an Airsoft Event

Our recommendation for batteries and chargers at an event go hand-in-hand. One thing that you need to find out is if there will be working electricity at the event you’re going to. If there’s not, then there’s no sense in taking your charger, unless you will be able to go elsewhere at some point during the event. Even if you can, will every other airsoft player be there trying to charge their batteries too?

To keep things simple, we suggest taking enough fully charged batteries to shoot every round that you have. If you are taking 5000 BBS, then take enough batteries to be able to shoot 5000 BBs. You should be able to shoot approximately 1 BB per mAh. This means that if your battery is 3300mAh, you should be able to shoot approximately 3300 BBs. This will vary, based on the gun, age and condition of the battery, and how long you hold the trigger for a single shot. The key is to not lose battery power, so make sure you always have spares.
