I ordered both these items February 1st and paid 16$ for shipping to get it quicker. 10 days later I have to contact the company because no word on shipment. The man told me one item had been on backorder. But truck just came in and it was shipping that day..10 days later I have to call again and am told both items were on back order and should be in soon and when I asked about the shipping I was told I would be refunded that amount and that it would ship in 3 days because of the mishaps. I just received the products on 3/8 after it was shipped 6 days prior. I'm very upset with the lack of information I received. Love the product itself
