Their conclusion after through testing was that 5.93mm is the perfect size. Ultimate Airsoft Precision knew they could not have the best BBs if every factor wasn't accounted for so they made these BBs particle free, bubble free, and with a density so high its almost impossible to shatter them! I use this for my 550 fps non blowback pistol and with these it shoots far and straight, every now and then a bb curves to a different direction but thats to be expected
